Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This policy explains how Unifir handles information received through this website and through enquiries sent to info@unifir.com. It covers website enquiries; any separate consulting engagement may have additional confidentiality and data-handling terms.
Information you provide
When you request a consultation, we receive your name, email address, selected service, message, and consent to follow up. You may also choose to provide your company and phone number. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the information included in your message.
Please keep your initial enquiry to a general description of your needs. Do not include passwords, access keys, customer records, financial account details, or other sensitive information. Any exchange of confidential project information should be arranged separately.
How we use enquiry information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you requested.
- To understand your requirements and prepare relevant follow-up information or a proposal.
- To maintain correspondence relating to an enquiry or agreed engagement.
- To protect the website from misuse and meet applicable obligations.
The consent checkbox on the consultation form relates to follow-up about your request. It does not sign you up for a newsletter.
Website and service providers
The consultation form uses Netlify Forms to receive and store submissions. Our email provider also processes correspondence sent to or from Unifir. These services process information as part of providing hosting, form handling, and communications.
This website loads its Poppins and Figtree typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading those fonts connects your browser to Google and sends the technical information needed to serve the request, including your IP address. You can find more information in Google’s privacy policy and Netlify’s privacy policy.
Technical information and cookies
Your selected color theme (light or dark) is saved in your browser’s local storage so it can be remembered on future visits. This preference is not submitted with the consultation form. You can remove it by clearing this website’s stored browser data.
When you visit the website, hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and access time to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The website’s own code does not set advertising cookies or include advertising trackers.
Keeping and protecting information
Enquiry information is used for the purposes described above. The period for which a record is needed depends on whether the enquiry remains active, becomes a consulting engagement, or must be retained to meet applicable obligations. You may contact us to ask about the information held in connection with your enquiry or request its deletion.
Online communications involve service providers and are not a suitable way to send passwords or unrestricted access to your systems. Provider processing locations may differ from your own location.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to complete the form, omit optional fields, or contact us by email. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask us to stop following up, email info@unifir.com. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request relates to you. Requests are considered subject to applicable requirements and any records that must be retained.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when the website or its information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest update. For privacy questions, contact info@unifir.com.
